I intend never to use Boots opticians again. Having received a letter stating that they saw me in March 2016 and I was due a test I duly made an appointment. I arrived in time and was seated. After 5 minutes I was told that I am not due a test for another 12 months. I explained the letter and showed a copy. I was informed that they have sent many of these letters out and they are all wrong and to ignore them! In future I will and Boots opticians too. I took time off work for this appointment and need new glasses but I left in disgust. I have since had a letter from Boots thanking me for my recent visit to Boots and they are happy that I chose them for an eye test. I cannot deal with such incompetence and will take my business elsewhere.
