An appt was made for my son for Saturday, when I got to boots opticians for the appt they said no appt had been booked for my son. A second appt was made for my son on Wednesday only to have been delayed by an hour. When I made the second appt I was told my son would have an eye test a month in advance as my son required a referral letter for an Orthoptics appt at the hospital. My son didn't have the eye test as I was told I would have to pay for the glasses frame as he was not due a eye test until next month. I was just told by the optician not to miss any more Orthoptics appts as he may not be able to get an appt again at all. When I tried to make the 1st appt I rang 10 times on the Boots optician contact number before the phone was answered. TBH i don't want to visit this boots optician again!
