The staff were by friendly and informative. Optometrist explained various issue to me very clearly. The only negative was the long wait between the initial tests and seeing the Optometrist. I was there for at least an hour, 30 mins of which was waiting.

I was seen by Tim who done my pre-assessment, he was really friendly and welcoming, and then Declan was my optometrist who talked me through what we was doing and explained everything. Overall a very nice visit :)

Www: thorough examination Ebi: was kept waiting to check in to my appointment as there were no people on the reception desk. The reason for the appointment was because my prescription was not correct and my vision was blurry and u was getting headaches. Turns out the man had put the numbers the wrong way round on my contact len form and reduced the wrong one!!
