Staff were all very good with my two children aged 6 and 8 can't fault it. I did not have a direct line so rang call centre to arrange appointment hence low rating on that part but now have direct number so should be better in future. I was very disappointed at the price of kids glasses in the end we got glasses from specsavers where we received two pairs at no cost

I thought, from making my appointment, having my eye test, through to choosing my new frames..every one who I came across, couldn't be any more attentive and friendly. Will not go anywhere else now!
