When I went for my appointment at upper brook street I wad told they was running 30-40 minutes behind. When I said I couldn't stay that long as I had to get back to feed my baby as I couldn't bring them due to the stairs in the branch and no way to get him upstairs. I was just rudely told to move branches then as they can't take babies or disabled due to the stairs. Very rude. I then decided to go to the boots on tarvern street where the staff couldn't be more helpful. The gentleman that done my contact lens check up I've seen for several years and he was at this branch too as he goes between the two branches so I will continue to go to tarvern street branch now even though I have gone to upper brook street for years. I feel the upper brook street staff need more training in customer service as they just had no interest whatsoever, where as tarvern street staff were great.

HAD A APPOINTMENT AT 3.30. ARRIVED IN GOOD TIME ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WERE RUNNING LATE BY ABOUT 15 MINS. AFTER THE 15 MINS THEY CAME BACK SAID SORRY BUT THERE WAS A FURTHER 30 MINS WAIT. AS THIS WAS MY FIRST APPOINTMENT WITH YOU AND I COULD WAIT ANY LONGER THEY DID OFFER,TO RE BOOK BUT WITH THE STAIRS AND I AM DISABLED WAS NOT PREPARED TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN. THEY GAVE ME THE PHONE NUMBER FOR SAILMAKER BUT THOUGHT IF THIS WAS THE SERVICE YOU WERE OFFERING I DECIDED NOT TO RETURN TO BOOTS AND HAVE NOW GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE AND WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING BOOTS TO ANYONE ELSE.

I was welcomed warmly and didn't have to wait long for my appointment to begin. During my appointment I felt at ease. My optometrist was polite, friendly and efficient.
