Great experience. Optometrist came across as being very friendly and competent, with a wealth of knowledge. Had 15 minutes trying out Contact lenses which was really useful. Very satisfied. The only downside was after the appointment you sent me an email telling me I missed the appointment, which obviously I hadn't (see customer care ref 07293966). Would have been useful if I could have booked the follow-up appointment there and then instead of having to wait to be contacted.

I found the appointment difficult to arrange on a smartphone but everything else went well.
