Trying to book online was not the best, every attempt I made was returned as not available. However I got the first appointment I asked for when I called the branch by phone. The service I received when I arrived for my appointment was very good and the staff were most helpful. I was given good advice throughout and I am pleased.

Nobody greeted me as I arrived- a male colleague was serving the customer in front, took them to the desk without even acknowledging me. Nobody else was around, I waited and waited by the reception desk and luckily a lady came from upstairs.
