optometrist Declan was brilliant as were most or other staff except for Frances who was rude and bullying at a very distressing time for me as it was my first appoint post cataract surgery. She actually threatened me that I would not he torment if I'd not sign her data form for other companies.with no opt out she was rude and quite horrid.she had me crying and very upset. The optometrist gave excellent service and is an asset. Francis need a warning and maybe further training clearly on how to treat especially those more vulnerable clients.
