The person who helped arrange my new glasses didn't know what she was doing and kept having to ask colleagues. I have concerns over my order. Also card machine kept failing was told to walk to cash machine and bring cash back. Then she couldn't work till. I just wanted to leave! Made the whole thing so painful.

Staff all very helpful, polite and friendly during our appointments. I attended with my three daughters and was informed of everything that needed to be done. All staff made children feel at ease at all times. Staff also made it possible for us to have all four appointment together at a convenient time that suited. Would highly recommend
