Trying to book an appointment through the helpline on the letter was s nightmare, tried three times, each time on hold for more than 20 min, I never did get my call answered. So I called Into my local store, they're not very customer focused. No acknowledgement you are waiting, no eye contact, just ignored. Then the information I was provided was incorrect and I felt it was handled poorly. Saying yrs he always tells people the wrong information??? I had a change of prescription so needed to exchange some contact lenses and this was made very difficult, I was told I had too many to exchange, when I tried to explain I was told not my problem!!! Then they took my lenses and I asked for a receipt, he laughed at me. By this time I really wasn't happy and said these have cost me around £80 what other store would you just hand this amount of goods back without a receipt ??
