I consider the total experience at Boots Opticians, Upper Brook Street, to have been absoputely excellent. Professional, knowledgeable, all three people I spoke to totally competent. I won't visit any other optician under the circumstances. ie. they will see me again. I probably was told the name of the optician but it didn't stick because I wasn't given anything containing that.
