Tom was very thorough testing my eyes and showed me the changes since my last test. He gave me a prescription for some glasses but wasn't pushy at all. He just pointed out the benefits of glasses. Thank you Tom.

After a very thorough test it was decided that no change was necessary thus no new prescription. The gentleman who carried out the test had done so 4 or so years ago but I still cannot remember his name. I have since reordered replacement glasses on the previous prescription. On all occasions the staff have been very helpful and thorough.

Tom was the optician I had an appointment with as always. He puts the client at ease, has a great knowledge and is always looking to improve my well being related to my eyes. This time it was contact lens that allowed me to read and see long distance. I would not hesitate to recommend him

All the staff I saw (reception, initial screening and optometry) were very friendly and helpful. I'd also taken my small daughter for her first eye-test: she was a little nervous, but everyone made sure to make her feel welcome and to put her at her ease. Can't praise them all highly enough!
