Extremely helpful and friendly staff As I find it difficult to decide on which glasses to choose, I chose a few pairs andf asked Adam for advice on which were best re size and for varifocals. I did this before my appointment to save time. With Adam's help, it was whittled down to 2 pairs, and was the quickest time ever, that I have chosen glasses. The Locum doing my sight test was called Gi I believe and the best ever for me, seriously. I told him that I usually take ages to decide which is clearer fainter etc but he found ways to help me decide by focusing on one thing and it it went so smoothly The girl doing the pre tests was lovely too, very friendly, putting me at ease but I forgot to take her name. Emily, who helped after the sight test to align glasses etc also so polite, friendly etc and was a joy to behold with her stunning purple and blue hair. Adam too, checked that everything was right and job done. we live 40 minutes from here but we have come to this opticians for the last 3 times now. Some of the staff have changed but still a wonderful service and although we didn't get to see Tom this time, he is somebody we would always recommend also
