Disjointed system with old D+A stores is still a poblem. The optometrist wasn't aware I was a contact lens reward scheme customer, did not know my contact lens prescription and my address was out of date. It seems such a huge pain for me to close my account with my home store (Cambridge) just so my new local store (Holborn) can see all my details. It has been like this for my last three visits FIX THIS ASAP PLEASE!
