I was seen by Nikki today. I popped by on the off chance to have a look at the sunglasses as I broke mine. As I was looking Nikki approached and asked if I needed any help and said if I needed anything to just shout. When I went back and chose my glasses and Nikki sat us down straight away. She was very friendly and very informative. She kept us informed throughout the visit and told me what to expect etc. Would definitely go back and recommend anyone to go here.
