I had to let you know how lovely Emma was. She was so patient with me as I have a problem with getting glasses as Im quite small. Emma spent time and gave me great advice and helped me choose a really lovely pair of glasses. I got them from the childrens range!! There was such a good choice. Emma was very professional and friendly and I felt completely at ease.

I didn't have an appointment as I just wanted to discuss options to change my current glasses. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. I was helped by Nikki this time and she was brilliant. With her help I chose new glasses and sunglasses. I am a member of the contact lens scheme which I highly recommend, half price on today's purchase. I highly recommend Boots opticians, Priory Meadow, Hastings. First class care every time.

From the start of my visit to the moment I left, I had great care and was very well looked after. I was greeted with a smile by a receptionist and was quickly shown through into Ravi the Optometrist's room. I had not met Ravi before but he was very pleasant and reassuring. The checkup was not rushed and I felt that it was the most thorough eye test I have ever had. Ravi explained all he was doing and took time to show me the images of my eyes and what he was looking for in the photos. I was then given field and pressure tests by Jill who again was very kind and extremely thorough. Any appointment progresses better if it is enjoyable and Jill helped me to look for new frames which was fun! All in all my eye appointment was an example of great care.

All the staff were very friendly, helpful and very pleasant. I was seen by Kelly , who was a delight, very pleasant manner, everything explained before I went in to see Ravi. Ravi was extremely helpful, explained everything very clearly, any questions I had to ask he soon put my mind at ease. Helping me choose my glasses Kelly was once again very honest, and understanding that although designers are nice, some people are on a budget :-) . during the consultation Trina also helped , once again very friendly and very helpful. In fact all the staff on that day very pleasant. I would recommend friends/family to go to this branch.
