I will recommend Boots Hastings to all my friends. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The eye test was thorough and everything was well organised. The Optometrist was brilliant, really friendly and extremely efficient and patient. I cannot imagine going anywhere else in the future because I was so well looked after.

Very relaxed and happy atmosphere, - the staff were 100% attentive and I was certainly not rushed into making a decision. Tina was very professional and shared the images taken and explained them clearly to me - even identifying a 'white blip' as being caused by an eyelash that got in the way ! The advice and assistance offered was excellent. Great choice of frames Nikki - thank you.
