Staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. We were seen by Ravi & Kelly today. Both excellent. Ravi did the various tests without fuss, explaining and showing results carefully as he went along. Kelly did the initial tests and explained what they were for in an efficient and friendly manner. Altogether a pleasant and positive experience.

I popped in today, Friday 30th June, as I needed to replace my glasses. Kerry, was very patient, as I didn't know what I wanted, she took the time and trouble to show me various pairs of glasses and was very honest as to whether they suited me, or not.
