Today my son who is 3 and i visited the Boots opticians. From start to finish the service was beyond impeccable. Tina, Jill and their manager welcomed us, and made my son feel totally comfortble experiencing his first opticians appointment. Whilst potty training i needed their help, nothing was too much trouble. I have never experienced such a high level of customer service from all 3 ladies. I work for the local council and without a doubt i will be telling all my friends, family and colleagues to use Boots opticians. You were amazing and we thank you all.
