good friendly staff carried out a thorough eye examination and checked the results against my history to ensure changes were detected

My glasses had to be returned for a second time as I was still unable to wear them. It would appear that the centre point of the lens was not lined up with the centre point of my pupil. I will receive my glasses back in 2 weeks!

I tried to book.online and got an email to say that I would receive confirmation within 24 hours. I did not receive this and had to phone and make an appointment. After this the service was excellent
