We had Gillian our optician and she was great with Fraya. This is the second time we have seen Gillian for the simple reason that she is so good with kids and my 5 year old looks forward to going to the Braehead store just to see Gillian and try on your glasses selection. At the end of the appointment however it did take a bit of time to get the chosen pair of glasses put through the till as there was no one initially to do a second check of the fit of the glasses. But it did not impact my appointment too much.

I have recommended Boots Opticians in the past and will continue to. I find the staff very helpful and eye test really good.

Staff were extremely helpful. Even though I showed up 30mins early they still took me my son and myself for our contact lenses care appointment which was great as I didn't feel as though I had to hang about for too long.

Jon always puts me at ease, explains everything clearly and what used to be a worrying appointment for me at a previous opticians, is no longer and I am very relaxed attending my checkups
