I was greeted pleasantly on arrival and was taken right away every one I came in contact with told me their name and had name badges on. The Optometrist was very nice and did not try to pressure me into buying new glasses as my prescription has not changed much over the last few years. The glasses I had with me were cleaned and adjusted for free. I am very happy with the service I got.

I was dealt with in an efficient, professional and pleasant manner and if this standard is kept up, then I do not think anything needs changing. All the personnel I dealt with were very good at what they do. Top marks
