The staff in saw initially for the presence test were great however I felt rushed with the optometrist and he didn't explain very well as when he was telling me what I needed he kept his back to me.

Amir, the optician, was knowledgeable, personable and spent time explaining my condition and telling me ways to manage it. I was very impressed by his professionalism which was conveyed in a friendly and reassuring manner. I was also delighted with his colleague (Lauren) who went out of her way to try and get my broken glasses fixed on my visit. I shall be recommending to all my friends that they visit Boots Braehead for their optical needs. Well done Boots for employing such lovely staff.
