I don't believe that any improvements could be made. My initial checks on the machines were conducted by Beth who was extremely polite and professional and took great care when applying the pressure test. She then took me to the optometrist Iwona who delivered an equally proffesional and friendly examination. Once this was completed John took me through the pricing options of new glasses in a very friendly and considerate manner. I am not in the position to purchase new glasses at this time however I will be doing so in the not too distant future and this will be with boots opticians breahead due to the leval of care attention to details and not pushy sales techniques. A really great team who work well together. Thanks.
