Jon was very helpful offering positive advice and recommendation for a change of lens type which is in progress and also supplied a new lens solution to use - follow up will be arranged following a test period of the new lens. Altogether this was a good consultation - I would not want to move from Braehead branch - my husband now attends on my recommendations and is well impressed.Thank team at Boots.

My consultation with Amar was excellent. I got a same day appointment to see the optometrist because I had a problem with my eye and thought I may have had a contact lens stuck in it. Amar examined my eye thoroughly and assured me there was no lens lost in the eye and gave advice on eye care and follow up. This gave me peace of mind and I would thoroughly recommend this service

Optician appointment was fine with no issues, all aspects of what was going on during the consultation was explained to me. My issue with this particular appointment was that I was left 30mins to wait and had to ask to be seen, this is minor but has a knock on effect to my day.

I felt that Alex at the Glasgow Braehead store was extremely helpful, proviso g me options with my contact lenses, he ensured I had the time to adjust to new lenses and helped arrange a re-appointme to ensure that he personally saw me and to ensure the lenses were right for me, He was very polite, professional and put me at ease each time I've been there, Would recommend Alex and Boots with no hesitation . 10 out of 10 to the team,

I already have contact lens, so the question is irrelevant I have been wth Boots opticians for a number of years and generally the service is very good. However, yesterday there seemed to be staff who were training, and while I understand the need for this at customer level, the fact that staff had to constantly ask for help from others while they ordered the spectacles I had chosen, really interrupted the 'flow' of what should have been a smooth and knowledgeable customer service. The length of the appointment became a lot longer than it should have been and made me anxious about the time. Perhaps a bit of re-organisation around the staff training could have resulted in a more customer friendly service.
