I felt as though I was listened to during this appt. and that any questions I had were answered so I stopped worrying. The staff were friendly and understanding and when it was found that the pressure in my eyes was higher than normal, I was given a repeat test and another appt. to look into this further. I feel I am well looked after with Boots Opticians.
