I've had minimal experience with eye tests abd the two I've been to in my life at other opticians were not great experiences. All the staff at Boots opticians were very professional,friendly and made me feel comfortable. Everything was explained to me clearly an I felt I was well looked after. I will absolutely be using Boots opticians in the future.
