I phone to discuss temporary glasses for my dad after his eye operation i spoke to lorraine who went above and beyond to help find the appropraite glasses at low price as they were only for 6weeks she booked him in that day which was extremely helpful as he could not see without glasses. On arrival we were welcomed straight away the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. Lorraine dealt with us and discussef everything in detaill, she is a credit to your store her customer service skills are outstanding. I will be recommending this store to family and friends due to the high level of service from lorraine.
