From start to finish the service provided by both Jon and Alex was second to none. Their customer care and engagement was first class. I purchased prescription glasses and sunglasses and also contact lenses. The product knowledge was excellent and at no stage did I feel that anything other than my best interests were being served. In addition they were both extremely polite, chatty and made me feel comfortable at all times. Two employees you would wish to keep hold of.
