Emily was really helpful considering I struggle to find frames for my petite frame face she was accommodating and polite. Also very cheerful, plus as I had a busy schedule as moving from Kent to Norfolk, she understood I had a tight time frame to get new frames, lenses and sunglasses done in time. They were ready in a week and Emily called me. Emily is a credit to your staff along with the optometrist. this is my first time at boots and I will certainly will be back again as my sister lives in Folkestone. Thank you everyone.
