The customer care at this branch was excellent. They were friendly, professional and so helpful. The Optometrist, Andrew, was very professional and clearly explained why I needed glasses and how it would benefit me in the future. It is the first time I have had to have prescription glasses and the branch manager, Ali, was so helpful, helping me to make the right choices with my new glasses. There is no pressure to buy expensive frames and she made it very clear on the cost of each pair and the discounts available. I would certainly recommend this branch of Boots.

Appointments only bookable over a month ahead. Unable to book online. But the pre checks and the eye test itself were carried out on a friendly and professional manner. My main concern now is whether staff will be able to adjust my new glasses to fit well. Past experience is that this is a matter of luck as to the competence of the individual.
