I had arranged an appointment with the contact lens specialist in Folkestone (my optician is in ashford) but neither my details or lenses had been sent through so I had to make another appointment a week later. The staff were exceedingly apologetic & helpful which made up for it. I found it strange that all of Boots client details aren't available on one database that is accessible for every branch considering you have the option to visit different branches.
