Getting the initial appointment is always tricky for an eye test, had to wait for a month. Maybe boots are understaffed with the optometrists

I thought he was young and over bearing,kept telling me to smile etc and git on my nerves,none of us can help how we look? Also if cataract's haven't changed why do I need new lenses it contradicts what he said. This us the first time I have not been happy with boots.
