A lovely little site with top-notch equipment and friendly, helpful staff. It is very rare for me to have a good medical experience, and this was one of my best! The Staff were all very informative, Professional and kind. They explained my prescription to me very clearly and ensured that it wasn't too 'pricey' for me which was insanely helpful! - As I'm currently unable to work due to health reasons. There was a lovely & wide selection of glasses both, named brands & cheaper options (which to me didn't look that different from some of the name brand options!) I would highly recommend their services to all.

I dropped in without an appointment to seek assistance with a broken frame. I need my glasses all the time. Carly found the exact match frame and fitted the old lenses within ten minutes. She was busy but managed to resolve my problem there and then. What a relief.
