I was going away for the weekend. Needed contact lenses urgently. Phoned up and told the guy I needed an eye test and contacts. He said the only appointment was in another town but that I would be able to do eye test and then use a free trial to get contact lenses for the weekend. Drove to the other town and when I got there they said they could do the eye test but I would not be able to get contact lenses as I didn't also have a contact lense appointment and that the free trial could not happen without it. So I drove to a different town and took 3 hours out of my day to make sure I had contact lenses for my weekend away. But I didn't get the lenses. Big waste of my time on a very busy day.
