Not having my notes from previous branches was an issue, Boots took over D&A in 2009 and really should invest in a new IT system and join the branches up and remove the need for paper notes. The appointment took over 3 weeks to arrange which seems excessive, maybe cancellations could be managed and allocated better? The optometrist was excellent and through and the branch staff very polite and helpful.
