You are welcomed as soon as you enter the store and dealt with so quickly. You never feel rushed into making a decision or made to feel like you need to buy the most expensive products which is really refreshing. The optometrist ,Nigel, was professional and explained my examination to me The ladies that work there really are great; so friendly and helpful. Emily in particular stands out. She has excellent customer service skills. She remembered me from my last appointment and also the style of glasses I picked last time! You're always made to feel like you're her only customer despite her probably having dealt with many others that day; she adds that extra personal touch that is sometimes lacking in customer service. Emily helped me to select some new sunglasses; it's really nice to have someone give you the time and advice you need. I love going shopping for new glasses and I wouldn't go anywhere else. See you next time!
