I was told the order my eye sight would be checked as I was having a dual appointment- contact lens and eye sight and the order the various tests and photos would happen in. The optometrist was happy to explain / clarify things with me and show me examples of what he meant, I did not feel rushed.

Booking an appointment was no problem. Upon arrival and during the appointment all the staff were very helpful (Natalee, Emily & Nigel). Collected the glasses 6 days later and once again an excellent service from all.
