This is my second visit to the Boots opticians in Ely. I cannot recommend this store highly enough. The customer service is exemplary from all concerned, in my case, Emily, Natalie and my optometrist Abi. I felt relaxed at all times and was not pushed into buying anything. I was offered contact lenses but after I declined I did not feel pressured to try them (something I have experienced at other establishments). Emily explained everything clearly to me and Natalie checked my measurements - I like the fact that the colleagues support each other and make the customer the focus of their attention. Abi was also very helpful and explained everything he was he doing clearly. I would urge anyone to visit this store if they have not done so already.
