Recently made an appointment to have my repaired glasses refitted and to discuss an issue I had with my contact lenses. Was greeted in the same friendly, professional way and both issues were resolved without any fuss. Nigel the Optometrist suggested I trial a slightly different contact, (so far this seems to have resolved the problem I had with the lens moving) and my glasses which were repaired under guarentee were tested and fitted by Emily and Natalie. All in all a very unrushed and professional service. I would recommend Boots Opticians, Ely to anyone.
