My consultation was so easy, everything was explained step by step so I knew exactly what was happening at all times, Nigel the Optometrist was very welcoming, friendly and professional and Emily was fabulous at explaining exactly what to do with my new contact lenses, taking the time to make sure I fully understood how to insert and remove them safely, I didn't feel rushed to get it right at all and never felt like I couldn't ask if I had a question, she has fantastic customer service and is a credit to the company! :)
