The optometrist was amazing. Extremely professional and very friendly too. She talked me through everything and was very thorough. My only concern was that this year for the first time I did not receive a reminder to book my appointment.

I was attended to at my appointed time by a friendly Member of Staff (Rebecca) and after the various tests passed on to the Optometrist who was also friendly ,helpful and educational in regard to my Eye Condition. I was pleased with the overall experience.

It is good that you offer contact lens payment packages and that you offer the Boots card, however it is even better that your staff are not too pushy about it. There are so many cards and special offers being promoted by loads of different high street retailers that I think people are over saturated with them. Sometimes I want to use self-service tills just to avoid someone asking me.
