Jane Anderson was a fantastic support. I had stayed overnight in Edinburgh and hadn't brought spare contact lenses. I had the car in Edinburgh, needed to return to Glasgow. Jane was very helpful in providing spare lenses (at no notice) that helped me travel back. Great service and customer care. I am a customer of Boots but not the opticians (which I may now review as a result of the excellent care Jane provided). Marcella

I had a full range of tests carried out by Claire. She was very friendly, professional and efficient, and explained everything very clearly. I would definitely recommend!

The two members of staff were called Claire. They were both friendly, welcoming and professional. They explained the procedure step by step so I was aware what was happening.
