I had an issue with the lenses that were offered to me (blue tint) . Dylan made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He also helped me to chose my new frames and I love them . My son also had Dylan on his vist and he thought he was great as well . Great service from all the team at Princes Street .

The optician was thorough and understanding of my needs. The person who took me for the pretests was not as friendly this was a shame considering the optician herself was delightful.
