I had a dual appointment; contact lens annual check and a bi-annual spectacle examination. Both were conducted very professionally and thoroughly. The whole process was explained carefully and the purpose of each procedure was made very clear. Professionals made clear recommendations both for contact lenses and new spectacles. Time was taken to answer my questions and make me aware of my options. New contact lenses were ordered for me to trial and new spectacles were selected. The process of selecting the appropriate frames and lenses to suit my complex prescription was carried out very competently. The professionals involved -Claire Speed and Melissa - deserve the highest praise.

Optician (Melissa McKinnon) fas fab. Great care, clear communication, easy to talk too. I had great confidence in her examination and was confident with her assessment and recommendations. I enjoyed the visit. I had a lense examination and eye test combined. I am upgrading my lenses choice and have purchased a pair of Polaroid sunglasses. The sales assistant who supported my sunglass purchase was also very friendly and capable. The only downside was the online booking system. Booking a single appointment to cover lenses and eye test, plus registration then adding advantage card was just too long and complex. I used the phone line to arrange instead and for d that extremely easy to use.
