There was a delay ( I arrived for pre test checks as requested at 10:50 for optician appointment at 11am, but wasn't seen for pre test check until 11:10 & then wasn't seen until 11:30 by optician). I was told there was s small delay but I had to go back to the assistants after the pre test check for an update. Being kept informed when there is a longer delay would be good. What was good was that everyone was polite & friendly.
