My appointment started 20 minutes late but this delay was never acknowledged and I was offered no explanation or apology. My optician was great and explained everything very clearly. I thought it was inappropriate to push me to buy a new pair of glasses based on a tiny change in the prescription in one eye - it seemed I was expected to go ahead and do that rather than consider whether it was worth the extra expense.
