Reminders that my appointment was due failed to arrive in the post. Apparently several should have been sent but were not. I received a phone call to tell me the appointment was due and they were concerned I had not responded to the postal reminders(!). I made the appointment over the phone. An email reminder came the day before the appointment, but it had a different time than had been arranged - the contact lens check which was happening before the sight test having been ignored. I phoned to query his and staff were helpful in clarifying what had happened and confirming the original appointment. On the day staff were faultless.
