Claire was lovely and so were her colleagues - it was a fun appointment and I have lots to think about, and clear ways forward. Found out some cool things about eye health - it's been a while since I had a test so it was good to see how the technology had changed since. The only thing that could be improved is the online booking form makes it hard to find an appointment if you don't have a specific day, but you can make it at a particular time slot e.g. after work or lunchtimes. You have to do the same search multiple times to find out if there's availability on each day at that time.
