Staff in Princes St have been consistently professional and courteous but on two occasions this year have been let down by suppliers/manufacturers. Glasses were delivered much later than originally advised for reasons never made entirely clear. I've no hesitation in recommending Princes St Boots but hope their support network can be brought up to their standards.
